So we went to downtown Marseille today. Got Jeff his meds. Checked out the harbor. Interacted in the shops with the French vendors. Went into a very nice Catholic church where they had crypts. A gypsy harassed John twice. We sniffed some quality soap (72% olive oil). Legit stuff they make here in Marseille.
Learned about the Huguenot's. Saw the Chateau D'If (Count of Monte Cristo) from afar... Rode stinky buses and trams. Driving is crazy out here. Very beautiful. Pictures attached...We learned a lot about Islam and Evangelism today from Rob. He is a wealth of knowledge. We had the opportunity to discuss the theology of dating as well as just getting to know Rob and Vicki and how they met. Today we outlined the rest of our time here. We will start promoting the camp via flyers. Going to the gym tomorrow night. Basketball camp starts on Monday! Can't wait... The group is still recovering from jet-lag but it's getting better.....

Just wanted to shout you guys out as you came across my mind today. I did't read most of the blog but the pictures look cool (I'm a very simple man ;) But it looks like things are moving along well over there. That's great to see. Was that Jeff showing off for the 6 year olds with a dunk? Niiiice. Man, I wish I was there too. I'll keep you guys in my prayers. Adiue!
